Positive Alternatives Alpha House-River Falls has a position open for a full-time Adolescent Care Manager. The Adolescent Care Manager is responsible for the case management and daily functioning of our eight-bed group homes for teens. This person will case manage each youth by developing and implementing treatment plans, and serving as a main contact for social workers, parents, and other treatment team members. Strong written and verbal communication skills, organization, and hard work are crucial to be successful in this position.
Applicants must be at least 21 years old, hold a valid driver’s license, and a driving record free from major violations. Applicants must also have 2 years of experience working with this population. A bachelor’s degree in a human services related field is necessary.
Starting pay for this position is $12/hr, plus a benefit stipend, which includes an option of health insurance, dental, retirement, health flex spending, paid holidays and vacation. The hours are primarily Monday through Friday during regular business hours, although occasional evenings and weekends may be required.
