Positive Alternatives – Wood Co. Group Home in Wisconsin Rapids, WI has a position open for full-time Adolescent Care Manager. The Adolescent Care Manager is responsible for case management and daily functioning of our eight-bed co-ed group home for teens. This person case manages each youth by developing and implementing treatment plans and serving as a main contact for social workers, partents, and other treatment team members. Strong written and verbal communications skills, organization, and hard work are crucial to be successful in this position.
Applicants must be at least 21 years old, hold a valid driver’s license and a driving record free from major violations. Applicants must also have 2 years of experience working with this population. A bachelor’s degree in a human services related field is necessary.
Starting pay for this position is $12.50-$13.50/hr, plus a monthly benefits stipend that can include an option of dental, retirement, AFLAC, flex spending (dependent care), and/or a taxable cash payout option.
