The Program Coordinator is responsible for implementing and maintaining an organized, therapeutic environment for at-risk youth, as well as supervising all program staff. Bachelor’s in Human Services related degrees is required with 2-4 years of experience preferred. Experience with staff supervision and program oversight preferred. The salary’s starting range is $31,200-$35,360 annually along with a monthly benefits stipend.
