Allyson Moore
Board Member
Allyson has served on the Board of Directors since 2015. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse, as well as a Juris Doctor degree from William Mitchell College of Law. She’s currently a partner at Doar, Drill & Skow, specializing in family law, guardianship, and municipal prosecution.
She says giving back to our communities is some of the most rewarding work and that she enjoys working with families and children – it was just a natural fit for her!
Allyson believes Positive Alternatives is a well-respected organization that continues to improve and provide the best evidence-based practices to the families and youth it serves, setting it apart from the rest. She likes that the organization not only provides group home services but also pairs mentoring, supervised visitation and other community services for youth and families.
When not working or volunteering, Allyson enjoys spending time with family and friends. She also likes spending time outside during all of the beautiful seasons in Western Wisconsin, doing activities like boating, hiking, snowshoeing, and walks with her two dogs.
